Affordable Community Technology

The Argosy E-cycling A.C.T. Initiative (Affordable Community Technology) is a community outreach program that provides low-cost usable PCs to nonprofits, schools, and low-income families. This program is made possible through the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher program (MAR), which allows us to refurbish surplus computers and make them available for home use through qualifying organizations.

If your organization would like to help bring low-cost home computers to your participants, please contact us to find out if your members would qualify.

Donations of used computers in good working order are vital to the success of this program, so we also welcome any inquiries from businesses and organizations willing to donate their surplus computer equipment.
